Booked a flt with them to attend my mother’s funeral and my flt was cancelled and to re schedule it you have to pay a difference fee to them I ended getting a refund on my ticket and hotel reservations and they gave me hard Times communicating with them liked their phones were off and when you email them the response of the Agent is she’s out of the office. Although I did not booked my flight through this branch their company in whole is worth not even a star.
