Just an utter disappointment. The A/C isn't able to keep up with the weather here. The wall unit has a auxiliary fan in the wall to the bedroom, it's extremely loud. The bed was spread was dirty. The rest of the room just looks dilapidated. And the toilet was cracked with a shoddy repair attempt.

Upgraded to 2 stars for the staffs assistance.

Worst hotel in America. The manager should be ashamed of this flaming pile of garbage hotel. The room was filthy. The window doesn’t close all the way and let’s in heat noise and smoke from the parking lot. The door had clear damage from a previous break-in. The couch was filthy and had several holes. There were what appear to be bloody fingerprints on the bedside lampshade. The floor was sticky. The pillows smelled like body odor. My company had booked me for 8 nights but checked out early because it was disgusting. I have been trying to speak with the manager to get those charges reversed for the nights I was not there, but the manager refuses to return my calls. The front desk girl is rude and told me the manager would be too busy in meetings and then shopping to return my calls about this horrible experience. Also, lock your car doors, the parking lot is a favorite hangout for meth addicts at night. If you are dumb enough or brave enough to stay at this flaming bag of feces, expect to be robbed. I’ve stayed at cleaner and safer hotels in Tijuana, MX. One star is far more than this disgusting place deserves

If I could give our room a -100 I would. We travel a lot and stay in hotels quite frequently. This is by far the most disgusting room we have ever had. We would have stayed elsewhere, however; there were no other hotels available for our large family. Upon entering the hotel, we were told there is not an elevator only stairs, so we take the stairs, and the carpets on the stairs are completely threaded bare and filthy. Entering our room took our breath away by the sheer amount of filth. The floors are tile and laminate and appear they have not been cleaned in ages considering the dirt and debris still on the floor. There were dirty handprints on the white walls and door. The window has a large unsafe crack running through it. There was old food left in the cabinets. When our daughter went to shower she had to wipe off the area to set the soap on since it had not been cleaned and left a very clear brown spot on the wash rag. The white towels were either dirty or stained. When we asked for a different room we were told there were not any available. And then when we complained about the cleanliness we were told we could find elsewhere to stay if we liked but we would not receive a refund. The only “good” thing I can report is the sheets smelled of bleach, so we presume they were clean.

I’ve stayed in better hotels in third world countries. The lobby was poorly illuminated. The desk clerk seemed as though we were bothering her at check in. We dropped our bags in the room to go eat. Upon returning we discovered that when flushing the toilet water leaked around the base. It was obvious that this was not a first time occurrence. We immediately gathered our bags and went to the desk to check out. She offered another room, I declined telling her that we were done with that hotel. She said any refund would have to decided by management the next day. Your hotel is a totally a disgusting place to stay. I encourage anyone looking for a hotel to look elsewhere. G. Evans.

Reserved a room in December 2023 a few weeks ago. Rooms are not properly cleaned. The wall by the head headboard had stains as well as the bed skirt. I let the attendant know and I got another room with stained sheets. I refused the room and asked for a refund. Turns out the charge was still on my account weeks later. I brought it to their attention they said I used the rooms and I left the bathroom dirty. I said that's the reason why I refused to stay in the first place. They refuse to refund the charge and say my only option is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Look out folks! you are better off paying a little more for cleanliness and ethical business.

My room smelt like cigarettes and marijuana even though you have signs posted throughout the hotel. The bathroom was not updated. My air conditioner made noises, made even more noises after the repair man fixed it. I changed your rating from 2 stars to 1 because you're not very courteous.

I used to stay at this hotel regularly for over many years whenever family occasions brought me to this town. I would also rent rooms for my niece. One reason I stopped using this hotel for a year because of the very strong smell of this hotel’s cleaning products which made me very ill. Although I appreciate the management’s desire to have clean rooms, a better product should be used. I returned to this hotel this time to see whether it had improved. Although the room I had was OK regarding the cleaning product used, the lobby still reeked of both the cleaning product and an “institutional smell”.

I booked a room for 2 nights, it only took one night from hell for me to book a room somewhere else first thing in the morning. In walking to my room I passed what can only be described as a area that used to be a room that was now a place where they stored junk and now they cover that areas doorway with a tarp. Upon reaching my room I heard a man in the room beside me barking and howling like a dog, oh yeah that reminds me, this was a hotel that served out of town construction workers, if you've ever worked with or around out of town construction workers then you know exactly why you would hear such a thing in a hotel room. Upon entering my room I saw a bunch of very poorly fixed holes in the wall, where a door had been ripped off of its hinges and poorly repaired such things as that. After I got something to eat and got back to my room to go to sleep for the night then I figured out the air conditioning was broken. So I lay there all night sweating until morning upon which I immediately book another room. They would not refund me for the second night stay but it did not matter I was getting the hell out of there.
