We made a last-minute decision to take a family cruise. Amber was quick to work out all the details. She found us the exact room-type we were looking for and saved us several hundred dollars compared to what I found online myself. Amber handled our hotel stay and a car rental as well. It was such a relief to allow an experienced representative to plan those details for me. Our favorite was the quaint and unique hotel she found for us to stay in while we spent a couple of days in Miami before boarding the cruise ship. Magical Travel by Amber was fantastic. Amber did an amazing job with our universal studio vacation. She also assisted in booking my brother-in-law’s Disney vacation and was able to accommodate my in-laws with Universal and Disney. All questions were answered quickly. She was even available to help me over the weekends and assisted me while I was in Florida. Everything went absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend Amber for any future travel needs.

We booked a trip with Amber to Secrets Royal Beach, Punta Cana. Amber was ALWAYS very quick to respond to any text or email I sent her. She was very helpful and professional. I am not as tech savvy as some and she walked me through all of the things on how to check in on my mobile app for our flight and all. We bought the travel insurance as we both have elderly parents and right before we left my dad got put into the hospital so u was worried about how am I going to get home quickly if needed. Booking a trip to Disney can be pretty painful and not knowing where to start. Amber has helped make that a more enjoyable experience and is very easy to work with.
