Kenley helped us plan one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on! We visited Iceland, London, and the Netherlands, and she planned the flights and hotels for each location which made planning a trip stress-free (and actually FREE)! We even had to adjust our plans a little bit, and she made the changes for flights and hotels within a few days. She even went above and beyond to provide us with a once-in-a-lifetime surprise of the Arsenal soccer team staying at the same hotel as us, right before we attended the Arsenal game in London! We can’t thank her enough and she will be planning many more vacations for us i the future.

My family and I have visited Disney parks many times over the years, but we finally decided to “do it right” and hired Kenley to help us make the most of it. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring her! Our Disneyworld trip was absolutely seemless! She handled absolutely everything, from rooms to tickets and even dining reservations. We arrived at the Grand Floridian and were pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous lagoon view rooms she booked us. Everything was handled, we just had to show up!

Five days before the trip we had planned for my son’s graduation gift, the person who was suppose to go with him, and the only one who was 18, backed out, leaving us with a complete mess to figure out since the “primary guest” was not going anymore. Kenley went to work right away on this- on a Saturday, after her stated business hours had passed. She even spent some of her Sunday on it and into Monday. I was out of state on a business trip, up to my ears in work, and Kenley fixed everything. Could you travel without an agent? Yes, but if we had booked this without Kenley, I would not have been able to navigate the many factors my sons trip had successfully and without losing a ridiculous amount of money. This was my second time booking Disney with Kenley and I don’t imagine we would book it again without her.
