Heidi jumped in to help us plan our vacation midway. She helped us navigate coordinating tickets, reservations, how to navigate the app and generally helped glue the whole trip together for us. What we most appreciate about Heidi was her ability to jump in and help us during the trip itself. I can't imagine Disney vacations without Heidi's help now! She's spoiled us in the best way.

I wanted to take my family to Disneyland for our 50th wedding anniversary. I had a party of 16 and when I logged into the Disney website to make the reservations, I quickly became overwhelmed. Heidi took over and made all our reservations including restaurants and other events that I didn’t even know existed, such as magical extras. Heidi did everything! She even gave us helpful hints for stocking our suite with groceries. She was available to us throughout our trip and it was a dream trip , largely due to Heidi’s actions and guidance. I will definitely contact her for future trips.

Heidi is Awesome! She assisted in making this a Magical “50th Birthday” celebration for our Downs Syndrome son, Richard. Heidi hand held me if I needed it in planning the trip. She was even available during our stay. Thank you Heidi for your suggestion of using Instacart which came in very handy for the unexpected illness my husband had while there.

Heidi planned an unforgettable family vacation to Disney World! From securing our hotel & park tickets (and magic bands), lunch/dinner reservations at highly reviewed restaurants (both in the parks and at Disney Springs), fast passes and providing detail park plans and itineraries so we could be incredibly efficient with our time and ride the most rides, no detail went unnoticed. Heidi stayed in constant communication with us and was always in tune to our travel plans including making sure we received the best promotions. Heidi is incredible! She made our vacation so easy and so much fun.
