I walked to this facility 4 of the 5 business days last week each time it was closed. You can not reach a human with the phone number provided on the door

Can't even talk to a human being. Doesn't even give you that option. It's funny how they expect you to fill out all their paperwork they send you in the mail but yet you can't even talk to a human being. It's all automated bots. Never can speak to anyone. Very upsetting

Great for how they help adults with Medicaid that need more serious work done like root canals and crowns. I never could find a dentist in Illinois to take Medicaid unless I was doing a extraction or one cleaning per year. But up there they will do many more things for adults through Medicaid

Usually when I go in here, a very nice lady in her 30s helps and takes care of what's needed to be done...the last time I went some lady in her 50-60s decided to give me lectures on my paperwork and what I should do for my children. Unpleasant experience to say the least

Every time I call I get sent straight to the voicemail. It took 2 weeks for them to transfer my file and they can't even do that right. I had to go to a food pantry for two months because they didn't answer the phone and when I came in they told me to fill out a form. I don't have the money to go up there all the time.
