McLean Adventures dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. We join them on the Sesquicentennial Celebration in Sacramento CA. The entire event went smooth, it was comfortable, well planned and educational. Good planning is critical and it shows, from the private tours and special guests to the incredible meals. They took pride in making sure we all had everything needed for a great time.

The tour of Switzerland was FAR MORE than we anticipated. We visited places / events that we never would have with other tour companies. The tour guides were incredible attentive and helpful in keeping our group of 22 informed of upcoming activities, and our responsibilities, and they were extremely helpful to ensure that everyone was accounted for and assisted, when needed. The restaurants selected provided dining experiences we'll never forget.

I will definitely be looking for future MacLean Adventure tours.

What an excellent adventure! Cowboy poetry was better than I had imagined. Yes, there was fantastic poetry and the music was amazing. We also participated in the silent auction. Viewed exhibits and museums all close to our hotel. An added bonus was being able to make a call to our host and have them pick us up and deliver us anywhere we wanted to go!

Sesquicentennial Celebration in Sacramento, CA, May 2019

Our travel professionals from MacLean Adventures, Hawley MacLean, Jill Savery and Cody Campbell, were absolutely incredible hosts/hostess on this adventure. Their services were WAY BEYOND FIRST CLASS (I would give them a 10-star rating) and each and every need was anticipated and attended to promptly by them at all times. The bus trips on the Sacramento Train Adventure were exciting and the hospitality on board daily was overwhelming, including wine, champagne, sodas, water, Mimosas, candy, hors d'oeuvres, gift bags, camaraderie, etc. The hotel accommodations were wonderful. Each tour on the trip was excellent, well-organized and planned. I was way beyond overwhelmed that Hawley had arranged for horse and buggy transportation from the hotel as a SURPRISE for each guest who attended the final evening formal gala event!! I can't wait for the next adventure in Switzerland. MacLean Adventures is a premier and elite travel company and I congratulate them on such an incredible business. They go above and beyond for each passenger on each trip. Every traveler I spoke with on this trip was extremely complimentary about all the attention and support we received. I have attended other MacLean Adventures as well and have been more than pleased on each trip.
