Luxe ride was wonderful! From Beata getting back to me promptly while making all the arrangements to our driver Przemek. He was very professional, friendly and prompt. He drove 4 of us round trip to Logan from Bristol. Van was spotless. They were also very reasonably priced. First time we used them and look forward to using them again! Thank you for making our flight out of Boston so hassle free!

They are the best in business! We use this company few times from dropping and picking up from airport ( jfk ) to Niagara fall trip to car transportation to NJ

Day before my flight back to jfk, I get a call saying they can't pick us up now I'm here stuck looking for a ride with a 6 hour time difference highly don't recommend using luxeride. I'd rather walk on my knees.

(Response to the owner, you don't know me/ heard anything about me because my wife did the booking. If you want to act stupid and have no idea who we are? Ask your secretary that just spoke with us, I'm sure you'll know exactly who we are.. great business model to not even own up to your own mistake.. have a great day, maybe you'll be able to pick up some people from the airport today and not leave them stranded.)
