I got my hopes up with This company , told them at interview never driven a coach only school bus, they hired me on excited me with a career and future with them. I was looking to grow within and give company more but my dreams were shattered, they should hiring people who specifically do the behind the wheel training and only behind the wheel training instead of running around not knowing who’s gunna speak next in training. Training is one week class room one week driving.

Not a great place to work. Started off great but the poor management was the result of this. They treat people poorly even though they have been there for years.

We had the best experience ever! My Sales rep
Stephanie Betancourt was outstanding and helpful even with my numerous changes Stephanie made me feel taken care of the whole time. We hosted an event for student athletes and they were blown away by how nice the buses were. These buses are not old school school buses these are luxury buses so know that you will be riding in style. I had 10 locations with 22 buses. Everyone was on-time!
If you have a serious event and want to handle the transpiration with ease I highly suggest using Lux Bus America!

I have traveled with this company before and they were on time and pleasant. This latest trip to Universal from Anaheim has been a nightmare. I called the company twice before our vacation to ensure we had the right pick up time and location. We arrive 15 minutes early, board our correct bus with no problems. The next stop we are asked to get off the bus to get on another bus, with a 30 minute delay for the new bus and no apology and no explanation until we asked for a refund. When asked why, they responded that there must be someone on the first bus who wasn't supposed to be. So for a company that promised me multiple times over the phone and in person that we would arrive on time, we are 45 minutes late because they chose to remove the first people they saw, not the actual problem. Will not be using this company again.

I had an awesome experience with Lux Bus! It’s an awesome way to get to Disneyland without a car in LA, and surprisingly one of the few services that will take you. You can also buy your tickets through them. My bus home was 20 minutes late, but when another driver saw us waiting she called to check the status immediately without us asking.

My only complaint is the pick up time- we got there 30 minutes after disneyland opened which was nice but we had to leave Disneyland 4 hours before the park closed because there was no option for a later shuttle back.
