I was signed up to ride this bus with an 8:30 pickup. They didn't bother to answer the phone, let alone call when a driver quit, leaving 50 of us waiting for hours for a bus that never showed up. Absurdly bad customer service (really, no service) that left all of us wasting our day. If they had simply called, we likely would have driven, but waiting for a bus that never came meant we missed any useful time at our event. If zero stars was an option, that would be the rating for this outfit.
