Called, no answer, didn't get a callback after leaving a message.

I just got a response back from this business today December 3rd 2023. Apparently everybody that leaves them a negative review or not a glowing review on Google gets the word God thrown in their face.

I'm curious how Christian is it to use 'your God' like this? Would Jesus be really really happy that this business does things like this?

Is it truly a professional stance to attack a reviewer in writing for the entire Internet to read?

How entitled am I as a potential customer if I do not get any response to the single form of contact available to inquire to utilize this business' services?

How entitled am I when I fully intended to leave this business alone entirely after giving it one star and writing a single sentence. But after this business' reply I'm changing my review to give it a little more detail.

The day I called this business I was stuck in a very sticky situation because it did not respond to my phone call or my voicemail. It was only thanks to multiple TRULY GENEROUS people (whom I've already thanked in person profusely) that I was able to get out of the situation I was in. All because this business did not respond to me.

In conclusion I wish this business a fruitful holiday season and a joyous New Year. But I certainly will not be utilizing their services ever in the future. Simply due to their one response to me.

After working for her for a while I got to know her better and heard from he customers. Most people say her prices are too high. She charged $30 for a one way trip about 4 miles. She seems a little prejudiced too and she will turn on you in a heart beat. At first I thought she was nice but that was just a put on. I would not recommend her services to anyone and she isn't someone you'd want to work for either.

I used them . And spend n pay whatever the cost. But when I called her and she's turn her phone off or block my number that's very unprofessional. Like she pick and choose who's she want to give rides too. And this the lady y'all want to drive y'all around. Who texts their customers stuff like this. She's very unprofessional I would NOT recommend nobody to her. Don't no business text this but this lady. How you get mad because someone finally told the truth about her business.

Her driver's done went the sleep on the job had me n my daughter walking in the rain . Get to the taxi the driver is sleep knocked on the window and the driver doesn't respond.
She is a lair as y'all can tell. But I will take this to the news. If I was rude why did y'all take me to hobby lobby the other day. So don't lie on me because someone is finally telling the world about your business. She overpriced people. But everyone will know about this business. I left my daughter toys at Walmart because her driver's left me and I had to find or call and pay someone else to come pick us in the rain. One of her driver tried to take an extra ten dollars for himself. So please don't let the sweet voice fool y'all. She's bad business Gadsden rainbow city and the surrounding areas. They cars always nasty with junk. So before you tell a lie tell the truth about your business. Maybe she needs to go back to California with the unprofessional service she has because Alabama isn't for her at all.

Called them and booked a ride for 150 lol a 20 minute ride but anyways soons as I hung up a guy says he would give me a ride for 20 so not even 10 seconds I tried calling her back she refuses to answer until the 5 th time I called and then had the nerve to say her driver was already halfway there please don't mess with these guys unless you have no other choice

I don't even have to finish reading one sentence that you write to know that you are by definition a false prophet. You have no right to judge people or call them names And you surely have no right to be so unprofessional and rude to customers. To own a (successful) business, you absolutely must be respectful and professional.
I see more sin in you than most of these people. Re find Jesus.

My husband and I needed a taxi fast after coming off a trail from Noccalula falls and finding ourselves in town. Love’s was fast, professional and ensured the driver could find us even though we had no real idea where we were and were only able to give a general idea. Highly recommend.

I personally have not had the pleasure of using the service, but I work at a business that both the owner and her customers visit. She is a wonderful and caring person and some other reviews on her make me nauseous. No other taxi service would get out the car and help their blind passenger into a business and then back to the taxi. She also does so much good for a city with so many in need of it. If I am ever in need of a ride they will be the first I call.

Called them, they had a ride to me quick at a fair price they got a tesla those are pretty sweet they sound like spaceships. It was a nice drive with good conversation
