Terrible experience. One of the staff called Sam, impersonated Flighthub and fleeced me of my money. I mistakenly picked a wrong date for my travel and called within minutes to cancel. The guy impersonated Flighthub staff and used the information I provided to cancel the tickets and sold to me a more expensive ticket with an assurance that I would not pay cancelation fees. Flighthub charged me a cancelation fee and I was furious. I eventually got across to real Flighthub staff and was told that they didn't know anything about the transaction. I later discovered that I have been dealing with Lookways but not Flighthub. I contacted customer support, no response. I was defrauded. Please run away from Lookways.
