Well, I’m guessing most of you have been to a Longhorn by now. They are pretty consistent with their food and service. We’ve been to the one at 59 Plaistow Rd in Haverhill tons of times. It was my parents’ fave and the staff and Management (Mike) were always so nice to them. I’m so appreciative of that.

In all the years we’ve been, I’ve only ever had one bad (meaning too rough) piece of meat, which was immediately replaced. They have always been consistently very good and remedy any problem instantly and graciously.

The bread is very good. The alcoholic drinks a large, good and strong. The salads are tasty. The steaks are delicious. Really, there’s not a bad item on the menu. It’s also the only place I’ve been to, with regularity, that consistently cooks their meats to order and correctly. Kudos for that!

Great food. This is a nice place to go out to eat with family as well. They have a bar where you can also watch the games and stuff.

Good service and nice atmosphere. I particularly like the mashed potatoes, and of course the steak dishes are good.

They also have bathrooms.

Our waiter was the best part of the meal. Steak tips were cut to small bite sized pieces over cooked and the mushrooms and onions tasted frozen and extremely salty. The baked potatoes were smothered with even more salt.. 🧂🧂🧂🧂. Med rare shouldn't mean rubber. Again our waiter was amazing therefore he got tipped double.

Outstanding service by the staff as always . Donnie is extremely professional and a true asset to the team, he made what seemed like it was going to be a not the best experience into a very great memorable one . Thank you Donnie for such dedication to your guests satisfaction ! Lyndsey the bartender is awesome as always . she goes above and beyond every time I go in, great positive attitude. Great place to go and why my family and I constantly return for the great service and people . Oh yes and the food is always consistently great!

No wait for a party of seven on a Thursday night. Good prices and good portions, though it took a long time for food to come out and the waitress wasn't keeping up to speed on drink refills. My porterhouse was on the thin side and slightly overcooked and lacked salt. French onion soup was a little watery for broth but had food flavor. Everyone else really enjoyed their food though. Best salads, and the mac and cheese was great. The longhorn version of the margarita can easily be split amongst two people. Enough for three and a half drinks.

Four of us went to Longhorn this evening. We requested a booth, however the hostess sat us in the middle of a bunch of people, which made us feel a uncomfortable being too close to others considering all of the contagions out there and where there was plenty of other empty seats available. The waitress ending up seating us in a booth but didn't appear to be happy over the move. She made us wait 15-20 minutes before she came to take our order. She never removed the dirty dishes from the table and didn't come over to ask how everything is or if we needed anything else. When she finally came over, one of my sons asked for a to-go order. It took forever to get and we had seen the waitress sitting down eating. When she saw that we were looking in her direction, she got up to check the to-go order. She then brought out the to-go order and stated "I'm not the one who makes the food...you need to be patient! We found that comment to be rude and somewhat hilarious considering her overall service was slow and lacked finess. This type of poor service is not how you get customers to come back! I relayed the experience to the bartender who didn't comment, so I decided to write this review.

No complaints here. The kids always find something to eat. A renegade sirloin with salad and a side is $20 and it's always decent. A great choice for a quick family weeknight dinner out.
