They know exactly how to boost your listing to improve occupancy . But most importantly they manage your home like it was their own. Lomastay has been managing my properties for a little over a year now and I couldn’t imagine a better property management company. We had a great experience at our beautiful and spotless air bnb in Tempe, Arizona. The decor and cleanliness were impeccable. We travel often and agreed it may have been the nicest place we’ve stayed in. Bronson was a great host and came quickly to clean the pool when we asked about it. Highly recommend!

I reserved with them through Airbnb. I put in a reservation that they ignored and then they increased the price. I put in another reservation request immediately after they ignored it. They cancelled the reservation when I called them out on this and trying to charge me more for "pets" when their post says they already pets. Don't use them.
