I recently "rediscovered" the cafè when trying to come up with a good but quick lunch and I don't want fast food or gas station pizza. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Why would anyone get McDs when, for less equal money, the cafè has an amazing lunch trio! ONLY 13 BUCKS!!! AWESOME DEAL! ALL homemade soups, sandwiches, quiche, salads, even breakfast food! The staff is talented and so friendly! This is good food and good FOR you food. Never disappointed. I keep the menu on my fridge and can call ahead if I'm in a rush. Don't give your money to corporate crap peddlers! Keep your money here, get better food and friendly people! And there must be something magical happening in that kitchen! How do they make the best pie crust I have ever had! Love love love this café. TEN STARS IF I COULD!

This gift shop and cafe is one of the best. Whether or not you take the boat ride, the visitor center has history and one of the best shops, filled with a well-curated, unique collection. My quiche was scrumptious, my husband's veggie wrap yummy. LaSalle itself is a gem of a town with eclectic shops and...history!!
