I reached out to Marlo in June to book a December trip. She was initially very prompt and informative and then was not. On November 2nd I asked if she could book a dining reservation on Christmas day for us, and she was unable to, nor could she provide me with a list of places that would be open Christmas day. I then called multiple hotels and restaurants in the area, all of which were open on Christmas day and most of which had reservation availability. A few days before our departure date, I asked for copies of the travel confirmations, and she provided me with the initial confirmations that did not reflect our flight arriving 3 hours earlier. When I asked about the flight, and also asked if she had adjusted the rental car pick-up reservation according to our new arrival time, she responded that the rental appointment had been adjusted and that, “Flight times change regularly, and you can view them directly on the website” Upon arrival, the rental car agency stated that our reservation time had not been adjusted, and they would not have our reserved car until the reserved time three hours later, and that if we wanted to leave immediately with a rental car, we would need to pay an extra $20 per day for the car they had immediately available. When I relayed this information to Marlo, she responded with, “It was adjusted and I even verified it. The charge should be for the extended time based on pick up and drop off. It is based on 24hrs. I called in your flight change, emailed it and I also made the adjustment directly to the reservation. Which is my standard on those changes. Car rentals for the day have to be at the facility that day due to cleaning and gas and maintenance so they were just wanting to give you a larger vehicle. They do not turn over cars as they come in due to the upkeep procedures. Hopefully the larger vehicle is more comfortable and the price difference is not much different had you had the smaller car with the time change”

Marilyn (Travel Agent) she was wonderful very thorough, efficient, professional etc...we highly recommend her!! We traveled together with our families to Canada/cruise & had a wonderful time!!
