Nice place to unload app at 9 am check in at 6:15 get door at 6:30 am. No overnight parking, they have restroom and friendly staff including the mule guy.

Very clean place. No overnight parking. I arrived an hour before appointment & got a door right away. Called the day before was told didn't accept early just at appointment time.
Check in, slide tandems all the way back, back in with doors shut (with seals intact), chock wheels, wait for green light, pull forward to parking area, go back inside & get paperwork. I was unloaded (42,000lbs) in less than 30 minutes.

Very Friendly staff, I wish every warehouse staff is like that 🙏🙏. Fast loading or unloading, no overnight parking but you can come early and park. They do have clean restroom for drivers.

Very disappointed, app at 7 am received paperwork at 1245 saying I’m overweight by 4k, had to go 20 miles away to scale..for them to accept unloading the 4k overweight. come back and they finished loading at 630pm. Seems there all new workers that don’t know their job well enough

I was late for an hour and had to pay a fine. I paid and then they said the cargo wasn't ready, wait. They loaded it incorrectly according to my scales, transported 4,000 thousand on the front axle, asked them to reload the trailer, they answered very kindly and sent me to the scales, which are 50 minutes from here, plus San Francisco traffic. I lost a lot of time. They need to do something with their staff.

Very bad service. I arrived here at 11 AM and get loaded by 8 PM. Workers are very slow and staff not paying attention to the drivers.
