If you are thinking of using Lincoln Travel ...DON'T...You will totally regret it! They do not return phone calls! I called them three times in the past month. First time they stated they would get back to me by the end of the day, the Second time a WEEK later they said they would call back in an hour...the THIRD time a COUPLE of weeks later they NEVER called back! Not Professional, Not reliable THEY will ruin your vacation if you book it or use their services. If they can't call back a person do you trust them with your money and vacation plans? There are many Travel places they you can depend on... move on to a more reliable company! Remember you were warned!

I'm still waiting for an email from Kim. I called on Monday, no return call. Called back on Wednesday, was connected to Kim. We talked about what I was looking for and she said she'd send me an email with some packages. Crickets! I'm not a new customer. Used them before with travel agent Kathy from Park Forest Travel. Kathy isn't there now but I thought I'd get service from someone!!!!

I have been traveling with Lincoln Travel and Cruises for over 40 years. When I read "Chelsea's" review I thought "something has been lost in translation"!! Janice K. and Kim G. are two of the best travel agents in the business - bar none. I am not a family member or a paid advertiser. I am a completely satisfied client. I have traveled on at least 80 cruises and more land tours than I can count with Lincoln Travel and Cruises to every continent except Antarctica. My arrangements have always met my every need. I return again and again to Lincoln Travel and Cruises because of their professionalism. I have introduced at least 12 relatives and countless friends to Janice, Kim, and the other fine agents at Lincoln Travel. "Chelsea", I am sorry that you had a bad experience, but something MOST unusual must have happened during your communication with Kim, All travel agencies have periods of time when they are simply overwhelmed by requests. I wish you all the best as you plan your next safe and happy trip. As far as the comment made by Kim K. I would ask, "Kim K. have you ever been hacked"? Sad to say, most likely everyone who owns a computer has suffered from that disturbing experience. I am proud to sign my name in full as a thoroughly long time satisfied customer.

I called and spoke to Cathy to inquire about travel plans for my husband & I for Christmas vacation to Las Vegas. I expressed my needs & Cathy said that she could see what she could do & get back to me that afternoon. She NEVER got back to me. Not an email, not a phone call. Well that's why we have Depaulo our business. Thanks for nothing Lincoln travel!

So to start, if I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. I met with a lady named Kim who at the time seemed super sweet and personable. We talked about everything I was looking for in a travel experience down to every single detail. She wrote everything down and took detailed notes. She took down my email address and number and said she would email me everything she finds with prices. After about 5 days I called to see if there was an update to her search because I hadn't received an email or call. So the lady on the phone says that Kim is busy and that she'd call me back in the a.m. 2 days later at about 4pm I called because I still hadn't received a call. The lady said she had ran out but heard that I was upset so offered to help me. That lady sent me a generic line up of options but it was literally within the hour. Letting me know that Kim just didn't bother at all now that it had been a week with receiving nothing from her. Long story short it's a month later and still nothing from Kim. I also chose not to work with this company period because of Kim's unprofessional work ethic. I advise no one to go here. Period. Extremely unprofessional. Save your time and money. Also the ladies in the office with her were extremely rude. And the entire office was dead. Not a customer in site until I walked in. So her being possibly "overwhelmed" is unlikely. Do not go to this place. 🤢😳

I received an email at 2:37 am this morning from Janice Katsaounis, President of this company that she needed urgent help and asked me to reply ASAP. When I replied her email said she was in the Philippines and needed money and asked me for a quick loan $1,750. Sorry sounds like a scan to me.

Depends on the agent you work with. Carolyn from Park Forest Travel, yes! Sandy with Lincoln Travel, failed to follow through with request for vacation itinerary. Nice save Carolyn!
