There is a fine group of ladies(it really seems to be one) that have always assisted me when I call the phone company. Even after many years(I was gone for 5 years)getting my phone service back on will be simple. The lady didn't even make me feel bad about the past due balance owed. And having a land line is so important for internet access.

They keep promising to install fiber optic, but there's always an excuse why it hasn't happened yet. It was supposed to be done weeks ago. The service we do have goes down constantly, and if you call and make them mad, you get punished. This is what happens when you're dealing with the only game in town.

A little pricey as you are required to have a landline to get internet service, but in a remote location that is to be expected. Service is great though, they are fast to fix problems, and very accommodating. Speeds actually live up to what you pay for.
