Lost my keys there tonight and the bouncers were absolutely so rude about it. One they didn't help me look for them after i asked them to look and i told them about it four separate times. They gave me an attitude and the black bouncer said "the attitude you're giving me doesn't make me want to look for them at all." Yes i gave him an attitude after waiting an hour in the cold( it was 20 degrees outside) Second i asked the white tall bouncer if they ever found them and he acted clueless and said no after i waited another hour and a half. and they never would've told me or not if they found them bc they ignored us until we spoke to them again about. The bouncers are rude and so are the bartenders. They are no help and they think jsut because their "security" that they can act and do whatever they want. never going there again.

Everyone who goes to this bar is a tool. The bar owners are a tool, the bartenders are nice. Most people who go here for a good time are barely 19 and boring stiffs who get to excited with how boring the club was that they go start fights at the local grease grill down the street. I said what I said and I'm saying it again. Levels is where you get something put in your drink when your not looking, and it's by the fellow patrons

Can’t have tattoos above your shoulders or you’re not gonna be let in. You can’t wear joggers/sweats or you will be pushed out, and won’t be let in even after changing into pants. They’ll let in 15+ year old girls though. Couldn’t tell you if it’s the bouncers of the owners fault

They discriminate it myself and my friends at the door just because of what we was wearing, and we wear the same outfit every week and we go out so some thing of those two different bouncers of before they looked at us and they said no and we asked them what changed now, and they would not give us a direct answer and they was letting everybody else in that has similar clothing’s like myself and my friends. And there is no written dress code anywhere, and I know it wasn’t their bosses that told them to decline anybody wearing non-provocative clothing. It doesn’t make sense to me, so it had to be in those two bouncers to make up their own racist rule

It is illegal to discriminate and not allow paying customers in just because of non-criminal related tattoos. Then when I asked to speak to somebody about it I was told to get lost "boy". I will pursue action against this establishment if this is not rectified.

AVOID. “Welcome to Levels nightclub, where we let in folks under 18 and serve them alcohol. Also we don’t care how drunk you are, we’ll keep serving you anyways to make a few dollars”. But these things aren’t the worst things I experienced. I was ASSAULTED by an over-served woman my first night going out in IL. She threw a drink in my eyes randomly as I was talking to a friend and started laughing. Her boyfriend was drunk as well and was handling her very rough (I recorded this). The club asked her to leave and I left as well to make a report. They then said I could not come back in as I seemed to be the “aggressor” as my eyes were burning from the chemicals of HER drink. No one even said “are you okay?” This whole thing is a NO. As a black woman this is very very disturbing to be hearing from a group of all white individuals who don’t seem to care at all and did not consider I was a bystander who got assaulted, having never met these people in my life. I will be suing both the bar and this drunk, most likely racist couple. I would also like to mention that I did attempt to reach out to the business and was ignored. But I won’t be ignored for much longer once my lawyer sends a packet of documents. Do not go here.

Terrible experience. First time going was Saturday 10/7, apparently got "too intoxicated" after only having a couple drinks, and the bouncers literally threw me to the ground face first outside leaving me with a mild concussion and many scars on my face. Don't recommend going unless you plan to have 1 drink. Would leave negative stars if possible.
