My Wife and I recently celebrated our 30-year anniversary. We worked with Pam and Tiffany at Let's Go That Way, Travel here in Colorado to help us with our travel arrangements even though it was a Mexico destination. They provided a remarkable list of hotel details and possible excursions. Once we ironed out the details, we followed their suggestion and stayed at the Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta, at the beginning of September. The amazing staff we encountered were Carlos, Janette, Mariku, Ernesto, Octavio and the lists just keeps going. Every team member from the top to bottom was gracious and absolutely awesome. The hotel team made every effort to help me provide a wonderful, memorable experience for my wife and I with champagne, flower petals, reservations, transportation, etc. Our view from our room and private balcony, was a breathtaking view across the port, with the city just to the north.The room was kept immaculate with services for both housekeeping and turn down services. The hot tub on the private balcony was a wonderful way to just relax and watch the day unfold. The restaurants within the resort were all also just as amazing. The amenities like the rooftop pools and gym were all just as well kept and enjoyable as everything else we encountered. The excursions we took included Rhythm of the Nights (a must see) and a Sailing/snorkeling day. Both were amazing and entertaining. We have never had a better experience and we will be planning our return trip in the near future. Let's Go That Way, Colorado, helped make this all possible. We are very grateful for their assistance and guidance, helping my wife and I celebrate such a huge milestone in our continued lifetime together.

Pam went above and beyond for helping us with our Alaskan Cruise. From helping us with all of the hoops we had to jump through with passports, and other paperwork to board the cruise and enter Canada, to finding us a new cruise and airfare as our original cruise was canceled.

She did this while on her own vacation while out of the country and even Skyped with us at Midnight her time, to answer questions and walk us through troubling paperwork.

I will definitely recommend Pam to anyone planning a trip, and will exclusively utilize her experience and knowledge for all of my future travel plans.
