Beware of this place: If I could do it over again, I would have made alternate plans. If I were to book with Let’s Go, I would plan a backup and be prepared to use it.

The details of my experience:
I booked and paid for an airport shuttle about three weeks ahead of time. The owner and his assistant assured me that it would not be canceled because they were giving a tour that day and the price would not change for the same reason. They both seemed friendly and helpful. The office space was comfortable and welcoming.

The morning before my trip I was emailed that I would have to pay an additional $45.00 as only three people were going. I was instructed to pay by 5 PM.

When I went in around 3 PM to pay, I was told they sold more tickets for the tour after I booked (all 14 seats) and were putting the airport people in a car. When I questioned this based on our previous discussion, the assistant called her boss, speaking in some other (Slavic?) language. She told me the shuttle was now canceled and returned my $80.00. When I expressed my concern, she just said, “I understand” over and over. There was no emotion, no apology on her part.

As there were no other shuttle options at that point; I took a combination of city and regional buses, a Greyhound, and the metro to make it to the airport on time. It took 10 1/2 hours and was stressful with the transfers, traveling overnight as a woman in an unfamiliar place.

Avoid this agency!

This summer, I had a terrifying experience with their shuttle service. The driver was speeding and using his phone at night, ignoring our requests to slow down. At one point, we almost hit a deer on the road.

We had paid extra for a private van for our group of eight, but they added more passengers without telling us. To top it off, we arrived late to our destination. When I emailed the agency about the experience, their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

The agency is great, I went on trips with them and everything was always good. They always give us instructions on everything we need to know and leave us in front of the accommodation on the way back. All praise, I recommend!

I can't imagine that a bus that holds 14 people has 1000 people in it, in order to make 50$ extra for the company!! There was a person sitting on the floor of the bus for 4 hours because there was no space!!
Horrible never again!!!!
