I had a wonderful experience working with Jack. Even though it was closing time on Friday when I called, he still stayed and helped me find cheaper flights and when I didn't book my tickets fast enough and I lost my discount, he again went above and beyond to ensure I get the best price possible, and even went back with the airlines to ensure they honor the price they agreed to at the time we put a hold on the tickets.
