Lenny was great at coordinating our service and answering any questions we had. Nick, the driver, was professional, courteous and very efficient. He even showed us where to watch the video of the service on the truck and promptly provided us with the receipt and certificate of destruction upon completion. Very good initial experience so far. No hidden fees for price quoted. I have yet to receive an invoice for service but the quote was straightforward, cost quoted included everything, no invisible locked contract, no monthly service fees if you are not requesting a pick up. They just request reasonable advance notice. When getting pricing they didn't push, keep you talking for a long period of time to convince you to move forward or constantly pursue you. Seem like a local company and would recommend at least a quote.
