Holly at Latitudes made sure that we had a great vacation in July of 2024. She sat with me and my wife several times before we left to answer any questions we had. She texted me when we were coming upon deadlines for payment. She took my American money and transferred it into Euros before we left. My wife accidentally left a shirt at a hotel in Rome and Holly was able to get the shirt returned to her office. I would use Holly and Latitudes Travel if I ever need to plan another big trip.

We had a great experience with Latitudes Travel, and working with Holly. She always took time to answer questions, and everything went exactly as she said. We went to Eldorado Seaside Palms in the Riviera Maya, and it was a beautiful resort and her room placing worked out awesome. She had several helpful tips and were thankful I worked with her.

Holly once again provided us with accurate information and details concerning our latest trip. we gave her a budget and she once again came up with a beautiful fun place in Mexico. from booking to following up with us our needs were met . she's so knowledgeable about these all inclusive resort trips. The expertise she has is phenomenal . She's always very responsive to my phone calls, texts and emails with my concerns or questions. We highly recommend Holly at latitudes travel. we are looking forward to our next trip with Holly's assistance.

Holly did an amazing job from start to finish for our " Maldives Vacation" of course there were many questions along the way and
Holly responded quickly and efficiently. We cant say enough about Holly. She is great at what she does and loves it too!!! We will continue to use Latitudes Travel for our future travel needs.

I am extremely disappointed in this business and Holly. I don’t recommend.

Holly was extremely difficult to reach by most members of the party. She was always out of country and didn’t respond to calls or email.

When we were contacted to finalized bookings it was a month before the event and we had to pay the increased fees because of her delay reaching to us. Maybe she puts way too much on her plate.

She disregarded our request to have 2 people in 1 room (traveling with older grandmother). And because of her mistake, wanted to charged both people $1800 for 4 nights for an all-inclusive hotel (no flights) in Dominican Republic in separate rooms. When I called the hotel, the passes to go to this part of the hotel are only $45 a day. She “never knew” any of the answers to these questions.

When I called the hotel, I was offered a room for $672 for 4 nights in the all-inclusive hotel. Holly’s quote was $1200 and when she was about to charge me, it jumped to $1800. This is without flights or additional services.

I feel like she took advantage of my grandmothers age and confusion by only putting 1 person in each room for the reservations. Doubling our priced by $2000

We were charged a shuttle fee from Punta Cana airport to the hotel. The hotel provides these shuttles for free.

The quotes she provided were completely off. In a few days prices for the room jumped $400 above her quote.

As someone that has traveled to Dominican Republic (it can be very impoverished) on volunteer missions, these prices are almost criminal. Coming from a family with not much money, she wasn’t flexible to the needs of her clients and never offered other financial options (cheaper shuttles, cheaper rooms, cheaper day pass options). She used urgency with her clients so they would make the purchases without the clients having time to navigate other decreased financial cost possibilities.

When she was responsive, it was almost expected that we drop what we were doing to pay immediately. Every email she sent, I followed up with phone calls, only one was answered.

She asked for our credit card information before giving us a quote. My family members still haven’t received itemized receipts even after asking.

Holly gave me a phone number that she claimed was the US number, but cost me $250 in international fees. When I brought this to her attention she never apologized. She simply responded “It looked like a U.S. number”. In her defense, it did look like a U.S. number, but I was expecting an apology or at least some compensation off of the $1800 I was quoted, since I was making the call because she wasn’t calling and she was out of country. Also it showed me that she never called that number…

After everything, I expressed my dissatisfaction with her and she’s stopped answering email, text and phone calls while I’m waiting for the follow up to be added to my grandmothers room. It’s been a month since I heard from her last with some attitude and this week is the week I’m suppose to travel. Zero follow up.

Holly seems like a nice person, but this is not a professional business. I hope this is just a one time bad experience, but reading her reviews, I see similar mistakes and lack of ownership on her part. My recommendations for the business; hire more agents, contact clients immediately, offer different packages based on the financial comfort of her clients, NEVER requesting the client make calls the company cannot make and offering solutions instead of ignoring the client.

I absolutely do not recommend Holly and Latitude Travel. Don’t take the chance.

We used Holly to plan our dream Maui vacation in June of 2023, and she was amazing! She really listened to the things that were important to us and also gave her personal input to make sure we had the best trip! We don’t take trips often so her expertise was very helpful! She was always timely with any questions we had! Our trip was amazing and we will definitely use Holly for any future trips!

If giving a 0 star review were an option, that is what I would give. Holly was hired to help arrange a trip for 25 people, which I realize is a pretty big group to assist, but she should have declined the job if she couldn't handle it. Every guest, including myself, had issues with her not being responsive. From not sending out information when promised, to sending the wrong invoices to the wrong people, to having names wrong on the reservations, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a travel agent. Plus, she chose to go on vacation during our vacation, so if something had gone wrong, she wouldn't even have been around to help. Luckily, there were no issues on the trip and the resort was actually very nice. So I will give her credit for making a good recommendation on a place to go, but just because she takes a lot of vacations herself and can give good recommendations doesn't mean I'd ever trust her to help plan something again. If something has gone wrong on my trip I have zero faith that she would have been any help at all.

We went to Holly to plan a European trip. Holly is very personable and friendly. She asked questions about what we wanted to do and see in order to have a perfect trip. We recommend Holly for wherever you want to travel!
