I decided to visit Las Vegas Cyclery after reading some great reviews, and I was in for a pleasant surprise. The moment I walked in, I felt like a kid in a candy store, and I was warmly greeted by a gentleman named Bruce. I asked if he could service my bike, and he went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he service my bike and replace the tires, but he also made it look brand new! Bruce even took the time to show me around the shop, introducing me to bikes I could potentially upgrade to and explaining the benefits of each. Now I have something exciting to look forward to as I save up for a new bike. In the meantime, I’m thrilled with how my current bike looks, thanks to Bruce's expert work. I highly recommend Las Vegas Cyclery to cyclists of all levels, from beginners to advanced riders.

My fiancee got a flat tire on his wheelchair while we were visiting Vegas, and we called every single mobility shop but because it was right after Christmas no one had a technician available that could help us. We were planning to get married the next day and starting to panic, so we were so incredibly grateful that the team at Las Vegas Cyclery had the right size tube and was able to replace it on the spot when I arrived. Huge thanks to Bruce for saving our wedding day!!

Rental went perfectly. Bike was absolutely brilliant and in perfect maintenance condition. Didn’t have any problems, but they sent me with a mini pump and a pouch full of stuff for roadside repairs.
I’d forgotten my shorts and water bottle and they had plenty of selection. Overall very happy with this experience.
The ride itself was spectacular. I followed their directions up to Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive and it’s quite easy to navigate to and bike paths/lanes are available the entire way.

Had a great experience. Justin helped my girlfriend and I find her a full sus bike that fits for rental (which is tough since she has a very short inseam so most bikes even xs barely fit). He was super patient and knowledgeable and found us just the right equipment. Can’t wait to come back.

Shout out to Shane from the Las Vegas Cyclery team!! I brought my Liv Alight (Giant brand, female line) to air up the tires after sitting on the patio for a while. Shane saw that it was in desperate need of some TLC. Turns out I was riding it wrong my seat was too low and I’ve been using the wrong shoes to ride it. On too that I had a cushion cover- for “comfort” and he explained to me how it was working against me and that I should invest in a pair of biker shorts or a bib. I took it home and noticed that my chain wasn’t catching after switching gears so the next day I went back for another seat adjustment to get it raised about 5mm higher and I told him what was going on. Turns out I needed a whole new router and my breaks needed some TLC too. I even bought my first bib as he recommended (boy did that make a difference)! I took her out for a ride and made it a smooth 12 miles! My body felt so much better after that seat adj. and just knowing my bike is in good condition. All in all if you are a novice like me or pro rider I highly recommend this place or at least find your nearest bike shop. They will help you get set up for success! But no one is more passionate than the Las Vegas Cyclery team!!!
