I recently traveled with Landmark Tours and cruises and found them to be very unorganized. They change the itinerary without notice, then the timing was messed up so we couldn't go to some spots. The brochure made it sound like we were going inside certain buildings and we just drove around them. Very disappointed.

I recently had the displeasure of traveling with Landmark Cruises on Crystal Bus Lines. The bus was deplorable. Every seat was torn & frayed then hand stitched unprofessionally. The old, dried-out stuffing was coming out of the seats. There was no padding left & bars dug into your seat. Gum on the seats. Trash on the floor. Missing and broken handrails with exposed sharp plastic. In addition the bus was late both times. Landmark should do better!

I recently took a bus trip with the Plainfield Seniors to Washington DC. We were fortunate to have Penny Hardick as our tour guide. Penny did an excellent job making sure our trip ran smoothly and efficiently. All this was done with a beautiful smile on her face. I would not hesitate to take another trip if I could have Penny as our tour guide. Thank you Penny and Landmark Tours.

35 senior citizens from Oxford Senior Center boarded NCL Breakaway in New York for a two week cruise
