They left kids at the bus stop numerous times without picking them up for school. I have to take time out my busy day and miss money to take my child to school! I spoke with Mary, she told me “the bus driver missed the stop, he is a new driver, and he was going to turn back around to get the kids. Unacceptable!!! Customer service is rude! She was very rude!!! Someone needs to be held accountable!

They do not communicate with the school to let them know that they are running late, bus broke down or nothing! Unacceptable!!!

They are always late picking up the students! I am a concerned parent because the safety of these children is important!!! U don’t forget little children on a bus stop and have them standing there waiting in the cold!!! Unacceptable!!!!

The male bus monitor on bus 733 aggressively yelled at my autistic 5 year old child repeatedly throughout the bus ride. If you don't have patience to work with kids you need to work somewhere else. I understand a child getting out of their seat is a safety issue but that does not give you the right to traumatize children that don't know any better. I don't think it's about safety because he would angrily complain about having to get up and do his job. The bus he is usually on has a harness and this was his first ride on this other bus and they were not prepared with a harness. It is also not a good look that the bus driver didn't try to tell her coworker to calm down.

His usual bus does not treat him like that so I'm giving 3 stars but might remove one later. I have made complaints about this mans misconduct.

Almost t boned one of their buses this morning after they pulled out in front of me driving down the road. Complete disregard for the safety of drivers on the road and more importantly the children on board. Could not upload video, photo after slamming on brakes.

This bus company is consistently late when picking up my child, even after several complaints have been registered. Whenever I call dispatch, the representatives are always rude and impatient, trying to end the conversation quickly. It seems like they have no concern or compassion for their clients

I continually have to fight with this company about my nonverbal child getting to school. The director of the company Aaron doesn’t care about these children and he is completely rude all the time. He’s disrespectful and unprofessional. My son has been abandoned plenty of times and was being taken to the wrong address. My sons bus lady was nice enough to contact me and let me know the situations were happening and just keeping me up to date. The director proceeded to yell at me and interrupt me saying I shouldn’t have to talked to her but every-time I call the company there’s a issue . I’m sick of it and want better for my children.

I take the cars to get to my school and back every day. Hate it. The cars always smell of smoke and are cranked up to the highest heat setting possible. People don’t wear masks and the cars are filthy. The people don’t care about their jobs. Ive seen drivers smoking while waiting for kids. The drivers and aids use foul language and the cars always come at random times. I once had a driver that came an hour early so they could have extra money. Whenever I’m dropped off i have to walk some to my house, so the driver needs to stay and make sure I’m safe. They do this with other kids. But not me? I’ve had multiple drivers in different cars and they all play this inappropriate station by default. Don’t take your kids here. Get a better driving service.

They continually took my non-verbal nephew to a church instead of his daycare, because they do not send their drivers out with directions to ensure the children's safety and security!

Bus driver was great, manager of the company only said "aw" without apology and blamed the school district after my sister called while being interrupted at work multiple days in row.

My mother just picks and drops him off to prevent dealing with the company that has already been paid for the year. Unacceptable !!
