The tour itself was an excellent! Not too crowded. I was on the upper deck. The sad and disappointing fact was that the first floor had a smell that made me sick to my stomach. The septic tank wasn’t functioning or something in that line bc the only people the stayed on the first floor were those with a handicap that couldn’t make it to the upper deck. It was bad! I would have requested a refund if I was on the dinner cruise but since I was able to go upstairs, I went and hated to walk back down to exit the boat bc the smell was so strong and horrible. I felt bad for those that endured that smell for the entire trip. Otherwise, I enjoyed the boat ride and seeing the animals. Again, the staff were friendly and kind. I would go again but I will NOT attend a dinner cruise.

We took a group of 30 residents from the Beatitudes Campus. They enjoyed this boat cruise so much. We saw the wild Burros and everyone was thrilled with that! The staff was wonderful and helpful. The captains narration was very informative. The boat is clean and comfortable. We're planning on coming back in the fall!

We are frequent guests on Lake Pleasant Cruises (The Phoenix). We recommend ALL the cruises (Narration Cruises, Sunset Live Music Cruises & Sunset Live Music Brews Cruises, Brunch & Dinner Cruises). Beautiful scenery & glimpses of local wildlife. Captain Matt, his family and crew treat everyone like family. A shout out to crew members Doug & CC (and all the crew) who help keep things running smoothly. Boat is always clean with plenty of seating downstairs & upstairs. Bands play upstairs. Full bar & bathrooms are downstairs. Boat boards 1/2 hour before leaving the dock so don't be late!!

Celebrated a good friend on a BBQ themed cruise. Food was surprisingly good. They offered smoked turkey, beef brisket, baked beans with pork and beef, spicy mac and cheese, cornbread, and potato salad withdinner. Dessert was choice between chocolate brownie or chocolate chip cookie. Cruise offered a full bar but was CASH ONLY. Any child is required to wear life vest. You can either sit inside where it's air conditioned or up top to enjoy views and heat. I would def go back again. The only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 is because it desperately needing music to liven up the atmosphere. It kinda got boring after sinner.

I went on a dinner cruise as a girls night out; it was a nice night out on the water. The captain and crew were attentive, the food was great and they had some fun tunes playing.
The captain would point out wildlife or points of interest.
I would suggest it to any friends & family looking for a unique, relaxing evening out!

Very comfortable cruise to see the lake and learn about it and the surrounding areas. Knowledgeable captain and crew were very nice. Doug was very friendly and even let the kids drive the boat! Bar area was actually reasonably priced!

Had a great day. Weather was sunny and hot but being out on the lake made our day special. The captain and crew were awesome. Scenery was amazing.
