Very helpful staff in a cute little downtown area. Fun boutiques near by. We did the locker room escape room and it wasn’t the hardest but still challenging and engaging. It is not street side, but on the main floor of the Landmark Center, so it’s a tad bit hard to find. I recommend!

My wife and I did the Tigers room. We had an awesome time! Our game master knew exactly when we needed hints and was very welcoming. Policies are friendly - we were allowed to bring all our belongings inside. The rooms are a bit warm.

What a fun experience! Went here with a group of coworkers, we had so much fun. The rules were well explained, and the hints they gave were helpful, but didn't give us the answer easily. We did not escape, but they came in and explained the final few clues, which was nice. It was very warm in the rooms, especially the first one. Overall, I had a blast and would come back.

We did 2 rooms and had mixed results. The first was the pirate room, which was fine. We had a lot of fun and everyone was happy. The production value isn't very high, but they do a fine job.

The second room was not good. The room doesn't follow the basic rules & conventions that most rooms follow, and that wasn't called out, so we wasted a lot of time because of it. Additionally, they made their room harder by basically giving you half a hint. I don't consider it fair if you know it's related to this thing over here but aren't given anything more. You basically waste a lot of time either looking for another clue or trying one of the many combination interpretations to find the right one. That feels like forcing a lock to me, and not really fair play.

Went with adults, teens and tweens. We had a great time and solved the Storm room with time to spare. My kids loved the challenge and we enjoyed having fun, solvable puzzles. I would do an escape room here again.

Booked with them for a wedding party. I screwed up on the arrival time and our party came late, but they were very accommodating. Ashley, who was the main person at the front desk on the day and talked to me over the phone day-of, was so accommodating and helpful. Amazing customer service!! And we all had a great time!!

My group had so much fun here and we didn’t even escape. This was a perfect bachelorette party event. It was a fun experience!

I have been to about 25 escape rooms in the past, but this was one of the most poorly designed escape rooms I have done (storm front). The aesthetic didn’t fit the theme at all. I understand there are limitations on what is allowed as far as room design in the lease, but this room didn’t put any effort into design. You walk into the room and it is just a bunch boxes/containers around the perimeter on the floor of the room. The aesthetic definitely needs work.

As for the puzzles, there is a lot of ambiguity in the puzzle design. So it becomes quite easy to get stuck on a puzzle because there are five different ways to interpret the clues. There are also some puzzles that have setups that may not line up properly if you didn’t get certain details correct (ie tightness of a coil). The final thing that I disliked is that there were very few parallel puzzles. Most of the puzzles were “do this thing first, then this thing, then finally this thing.” This is fine for a small group of three people but would lead to a lot of waiting around for larger groups.

The only thing that was good about the experience is that the game master was very attentive to the session. I’m not sure if this is the usual experience, but I applaud the attention we received.
