Literally one of the worst experiences ever. They don’t have staff to help you. Everyone is dedicated to the Ninja Kids area. There weren’t really any instructions and the rooms were horrible. There was even another couple there while we were and they had the same experience. I paid $90 for my kids and myself to do this. After 15 minutes of waiting just for someone to show us what to do and another 15 minutes of rooms not working I asked for my money back and we left. I would give it zero stars if possible.

We do lots of escape rooms, the idea of a place with lots of mini escape rooms sounded AMAZING. Unfortunately that was not the experience that we had.

Lots of the rooms were not functioning and the rooms that did work were worn out, we left really disappointed.

Would have been nice to have someone walking around and helping people if they were stuck on a room. You are 100% on your own.

It's sad for me to say but save your money, check out some of their interactive options around town.

No staff monitoring the area at all. Looks like a construction zone with a lot of generic material piles just everywhere. Entire upstairs was not functional with no out of order signs or chains on the staircase. We wasted a lot of time entering rooms that were broken. When we checked in they said a staff member would be with us shortly over at the Labyrinth desk. Waited awhile (wasting our play time) but no one came to check us in. We were there 1.5 hours and never saw a single staff member. Kids under 13 are suppose to have an adult. Lots of underage kids without adults breaking things, jerking doors open to bypass room games, busting into other players playing. We were in a room already and a band of three boys jerked open a door and ran past us. My husband said something to them and one of the boys said “you’re going to get my sister fired” and ran off. So apparently younger siblings of staff are running freely and ruining other people’s game experience (it will fail the entire room). They really need a maintenance person on staff. Trash everywhere, including all over the bathrooms. It says no outside food or drink but there are Sonic cups everywhere. Kids were sloshing drinks through game rooms. Walls had been punched and broken. Foam padding was missing in areas you had to kneel to get through. Balls were crushed that you had to roll to play games in. Some doors were misaligned and would not open fully. Doors were missing door knobs and didn’t close fully, delaying the start of games (probably from being jerked around by unsupervised kids). Several rooms malfunctioned or were not in working condition (but no out of order sign). All in all, would not go here again. Waste of money, ruined gaming experience, disappointing vibe. Recommend a maintenance person and a dedicated staff to ensure a decent gaming experience.

I’m very disappointed in my experience here. After checking in, there were no workers in the Labyrinth area (it’s connected to a trampoline place). My friends and I were left to figure out what to do on our own. There are no rules or instructions anywhere. After wasting an hour of our time, a worker finally came to the back to help us. He helped a little but we had already wasted so much time. The place was a mess. The rooms are obviously not cleaned and up kept regularly. I wish we could get our money back after this experience.

Great concept - poorly executed.

My husband and I stopped by here while we were in Dallas - i love escape rooms. To do a wide range of them that includes some type of physical accuracy really is a great concept! But..... there are no instructions or clue to help you get through the rooms. Not to mention, parents were allowing their children to just roam free, which means you auto fail the room if they open the door while you are in the room. They really need to have an attendant at the desk at all times so that kids can't just go from the trampoline area back to this area.

Very disappointed in the experience. Sadly the reviews that were completed on this place (6-8 months) are still accurate. Some games are broken, no supervision at entry or doing the play of the rooms, and no instructions on how to complete some of the rooms were available. Kids were opening doors to the rooms while we were trying to complete puzzles. The interior is very run down, trash and still some construction panels present but placed near the wall. The rooms which required physical movements were very hard on the knees. Keep In mind, they were teenagers participating. No attendant present at the entrance. We had to find and bring someone from the Ninja Kids to the Labyrinth entrance. Although we checked in first at the Ninja Kids entrance, no Indication was given that no attendants were at the Labyrinth. Save your money.

1) You are required to check in at the next door business and when you arrive to the Labyrinth space, NO ONE is there to help you with the instructions to the games.

Me and my boyfriend were confused and left to figure it out on our own.

2. Majority of the rooms have BROKEN equipment, which could be hazardous and potentially cause injury.

3. There was tons of random construction objects on the floor.

4. If the business is not functioning, they should not be actively selling admission to ANYONE.

The entire place was full of trash. Rooms had little to no explanation and most of them didn’t even work properly. No workers attending any of the games, and there were smaller kids running all over from the trampoline park next door. Overall not worth the experience, do not come here.
