Kristin is amazing! It was our first time using a travel agent so we didn't really know what to expect but the trip went off without any problems, the resort and private transportation exceeded our expectations, and it was all at a reasonable cost. I didn't know how much time and money an amazing travel agent like Kristin could help you save! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to help with your travel plans!

Kristin was so great to work with! We have used her to help plan two family vacations for us--one to Florida and one to Mexico. Both times she was very helpful in finding accommodations within our budget, giving detailed instructions, and giving us great ideas for extra trip activities. Kristin planned a wonderful trip to Italy and Switzerland for our 20th anniversary. She was responsive, reliable and helped me stay within my budget. She found great hotels and even sent me excursions that she thought I would enjoy. I was very overwhelmed trying to figure it all out on my own and my only regret is that I didn't go to her sooner!!
She checked in with us during our trip to make sure everything was going as expected and helped us out when flooding trapped us in Zermatt for 2 days - she's the best!
