Kimberly was wonderful to work with! We got a great price for our cruise and she even got us some onboard credit. She also helped with booking our excursions and add-on packages. Great communication. There was never a time I contacted her, that she didn't respond momentarily and helped with whatever I needed. We've already booked a second one! 10/10

Kimberly is the best! I met her in a Facebook cruise group last year after booking our family cruise. Unfortunately we were too late to transfer our booking to her for that trip, however when I was ready to book our next cruise, I reached out amd she was able to find us a way better rate than if we were to book directly with the cruiseline. Because we were using our prepaid reservation deposit we still had to book directly with the cruiseline and then request to transfer the booking to our Agent. This seems like it should be an easy task but it took 3 weeks and about 8 phone calls to the cruiseline. Throughout the whole process Kimberly was super helpful and gave great guidance for what to say/do. Finally after thee past 3 weeks the reservation has been successfully transfered.

I highly recommend Kimberly for all of your travel needs!
