Do NOT use this company. They cut corners at every opportunity. We wanted to go first class on our rail ticket throughout Italy. The itinerary said 1st Class. A week before the trip I questioned the rail tickets since it didn't appear to be 1st class. Konstatina assured me that all our tickets are first class. She said because it was in Italian and it was confusing. Of course all of the tickets were coach. When we called them their response was the tickets were "first class coach" Really? This sort of issue was typical throughout the trip. Never Again!!

Horrible experience getting an owed refund. My wife and I booked some private tours with Keytours through our local travel agent. We cancelled the reservation following the applicable requirements. The firm was entitled to a $150 per person cancel fee that we were well aware of and took no issue with. It took approximately 4 months to get funds back. And that was after our travel agent, executives from their parent company and our credit card company got involved on our behalf. Suffice it to say we will never consider using Keytours.

We booked a 2 week trip to Italy last year, scheduled for May 2020. Needless to say COVID hit and we had to forgo our plans. Our travel agent has been working to get our money back but KeyTours refuses to acknowledge or reply to her. We have since involved our credit card company and BBB. My next step will be getting my lawyer involved. This is the most disgraceful display of a business I have ever seen. DO NOT BOOK YOUR TOURS THROUGH KEYTOURS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Not just by me but apparently others have this same issue with them. They don’t deserve your business.

Key Tours did a great job putting together a package with lots of personal tours for our trip to Italy. We went to Venice, Rome and Sorrento. The local contacts and tour operators they selected were excellent. (Esin Soydemir and Osman Akpinar)

My husband and I had the best time in Egypt. We just returned last month. We’ve all seen Egypt in books and on the history channel. But to see it in person is absolutely amazing. Heba and Omayma were are guides. They were hands down the best guides we’ve ever had on a tour in another country. They were very informative, fun, caring, and even funny at times. We will must definitely book another trip with Keytours but only if we can have Heba and Omayma for are guides.

Used Keytours to travel to Egypt. Had a blast. Everything was arranged as discussed and level of service was excellent. We will be using Keyrours again for future travels.
