Beautiful surrounds, with tall pines in every direction. Beautifully dark skies, bright stars overhead. The hot tub was truly magical at night. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. European breakfast was so fresh and healthy (fruit, cucumbers, tomatoes, hearty bread for toast, cheese and meats). Fully stocked bar, with a bartender each night. The room was clean, although watch the water pressure - splashes everywhere! A few kinks to iron out, with the sound system not working in our room, but overall, loved this place and would definitely return.

Elizabeth is the best hostess and as a local, she is very knowledgeable about the history of the area Anna property. When you drive up to the majestic entrance passing elk and sheep, the venue is absolutely amazing! From the themed international rooms furnished by the owners with furniture from each country to the sweeping views of massive pine trees, you couldn’t ask for more. Absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommended for weddings and family reunions and the hunting experience!

Elizabeth was so helpful in accommodating our stay, from start to finish! We stayed in the “America” room and loved the views, the large spa-like bath tub and the balcony. The scenery is incredible and the pool/hot tub is epic! We will absolutely return in the future!

The Keyah Grande is beautiful! We went for an overnight relaxing stay and enjoyed our time resting in our room equipped with a smart tv so you can watch your favorite shows and sitting in the hot tub that we got to enjoy to ourselves that night! The game room is also very cool for guests to enjoy! A couple random things we noticed were most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. It was hot in our room and we think the AC must have not been working as it felt cool in the room next to us. There was a box fan in the room but the outlets didn’t work for us to plug it in anywhere due to lamps and other things being plugged into the couple outlets that did work, so that was odd. Also it’s fall in Colorado so we understand bugs trying to come inside however when we arrived we were checking out our room to find the bathtub filled with dead bugs which was kind of a turn off. Along with the fridge in our room being pretty dirty. We also brought a side by side which was approved by the manager, Elizabeth who is very kind and welcoming. One thing I think would be helpful is some kind of drawn map with all the roads on the property and a guide that shows where you can/can’t go as we felt uncomfortable going down roads we weren’t sure were open to us! As much as we did feel relaxed and had a nice time, for a luxury stay I think some things could be done differently!

Absolutely extraordinary place and we had the good fortune of being the lone guests for two nights. Everything from the facility--which is actually a grand and gorgeously appointed luxurious house--to the private fishing pond, wine cellar and hot tub with a million dollar view--was above and beyond. All in easy striking distance of Pagaso Springs. Most of all, Elizabeth was the warmest and most professional "front of the house" person we've ever come across. She, like the property, is a rare find.

Went for a long-range course (second time there) and decided to stay at the facility. Elizabeth was ready and waiting when we pulled up, and seemingly always available. We booked the South Pacific room and it was more like a nice apartment. The venue is even prettier than the pictures. I will be back! Thank you Elizabeth!

My girlfriend and I had our 3 year anniversary here- and WOAH! We chose to travel into Pagosa Springs, CO. I couldn't recommend this place more. Greeted by the sweetest woman, shown around the estate, and left to enjoy the area. We chose to have fun w/ the 4 wheelers, shoot some guns, and enjoy a nights stay in this incredible place. We’ll be back!
