Phil Lawrence is 1st class from start to finish. He follows up daily, gets the best rates, the best perks and the best experience. I wasted so much time with Expedia and the other travel sites, only to get luke warn treatment upon arrival since I booked with a 3rd party service. Phil calls to set up everything himself. Go back to personal service, you deserve it.
