The Lower Canyon is unbelievable gorgeous, the tour that runs it not so much. There are a lot of restrictions when going on this tour. One cannot make videos, the tour guide is always hushing us. I went to the Upper canyon and the secret canyon with other tours in the areas near by, and they were much more polite and supportive to the guests. Parking is free and easily available.

With Kelly as my guide, every moment is enlightening. Her profound understanding of key sites and photography artistry are incredibly uplifting. What camera techniques would best preserve the magic of this place? I am grateful for her outstanding support today. This tour has been a resounding success.

A good walk from parking to canyon entrance. There are some long staircases you have to walk up and down. I saw some people walking backwards down the stairs because of height. Just making sure you don’t kick other people’s heads. Other than that, it is a simple and easy trip. We visited on October2. The tour was crowded. The canyon itself is worth a visit. Beautiful in every angle. Light beams reflecting at the sandstone walls are unbelievable. As of the tour, I didn’t want to say specifically Ken’s tour(the one we chose), but the idea of the tour to the canyon is too commercial to us. You basically have little time to appreciate the beauty of the Antelope canyon. There are so many visitors in one time slot. Visitors need to move forward to let new visitors in next time slot to visit. We visited both upper(with different company) and lower. Both were the same idea- keep moving!?We enjoy a less popular trail on our trip more.

The canyons themselves are absolutely breathtaking and worth visiting. However, the tour experience disaster. We booked a morning tour, hoping for a pleasant experience, but most of the guides were rude and ill-mannered, with the exception of one Asian guide who I believe was newly hired. He was the only one who showed any patience or professionalism. It was clear that the main priority of the other guides was to rush us through the tour as quickly as possible so they could start the next group and make more money. We were constantly pushed to “go ahead, go ahead,” barely given any time to actually admire the beauty of the canyons. Considering the price of these tours, this was really disappointing.Unfortunately, with only two companies offering tours, there aren’t many options to choose from.

Would like to give ZERO “0” star to this tour if I could!
Not recommend to anyone!

A group of 50 people walk into the canyon at the same time.
No space and time for photo taking.
No explanation nor introduction about the canyon whatsoever.
Only follow the other 49 people to walk across the canyon.
Tour guide unfriendly.
Poor management to arrange such a big group to visit a narrow canyon at the same time.

This is an absolutely essential stop if you're anywhere near Page or Lake Powell as it is the most stunning place! The highlight of our roadtrip! Our guide, Makenzie, was of the highest caliber, a gentle lady, informative, funny, witty and experienced in giving photograph advise (guides may even take a few photos for you so you can be in them). In Lower Antelope Canyon, be ready for some steep staircases. Overall, it was not strenuous and should be an easy hike for most. If you're considering a tour, don't consider any longer. Reserve your spot.

Never seen anything quite like this. There were plenty of photo opportunities where your guide will take a photo of you. Our guide was very helpful in getting our phones set up right to take the best pictures. Definitely worth it to come check out. I would NOT recommend taking a child under the age of 6 that can’t climb up and down steps on their own. I called ahead to make sure it’d be okay for my 19 month old nephew and they confirmed it would be, but my sister would disagree. She made it through but there were points it was very sketchy to have a little one in a backpack carrier. I also think it would’ve been better if the tours were more staggered instead of large groups all going at the same time. It caused a lot of backups. But overall would recommend for all that above the age of 6!

One of the things I knew I needed to do when visiting Arizona was to visit Antelope Canyon. I had read some reviews and ultimately decided to book with Ken's Tours, and I'm so glad I did! We had opted for the 8:30 am slot since we wanted to book another tour with them later on in the day, which FYI you can totally do and was one of the main reasons why we booked with them.

The parking there was ample enough to fit a good amount of cars, but it does get packed quick! There are also restrooms available on site because once you start the tour, there are no more stops available to do so. The tour is separated into smaller groups of maybe like 10, so you'll see perhaps like 7-8 groups in a single tour slot.

Our tour guide, Dylan A., was an absolute treasure! He was attentive, informative, and just gave off a welcoming vibe. Definitely made the tour memorable! And of course the canyon itself was breathtaking! There are some strict rules put in place for your safety, but all in all I think a good amount of people are able to do this tour. It was only in the beginning of the tour where there were steep steps involved, but pretty easy going forward. 10/10 would recommend!
