First off, office staff/ owner was very unfriendly and just rude. Advertised has a hot tub, but it’s not available for use with no reason why. The cable is out of service. Bed is very stiff and uncomfortable. Not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. Don’t waste you money, go to motel six or any other hotel near by.

Thank you for being so accommodating, this place is pet friendly and absolutely immaculate. Parking is plentiful, King Cora and Burger King are within walking distance.. and lastly, the service is above and beyond. Was a pleasure staying the night.

We had a booger sticking on one of the towels, and the other one was dirty as well. There were hairs of previous visitors in the bathtub. Behind the cupboard we found remnants of old fries. This place is crazy filthy considering its decent other reviews... The only good thing was the bed, which was comfortable, and the guy on the reception was nice.

This isn't a 5 star hotel but it is an affordable and clean Inn/motel to spend the night. I stayed for a trip to Pinnacles National Park. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room appeared to be updated and the decor was fairly modern, it was nicer than I expected. There was a table with 2 chairs, a sofa and coffee table, a desk, mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, flat screen TV and two drawers. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, which I appreciate as they are much more eco friendly than individual bottles.

Way better than I would have ever expected having never stopped in this town. The lady steering this ship was a sweetheart and we had great conversation. The rooms were super clean and I was so thankful for them to not have carpet. There was a nice laundry room a few doors down and the staff was super sweet and friendly as I lost track of time and left 15 minutes late. There is a shallow pool here and a jet tub that i assumed would have been hot but was not. That area could use a bit of attention but it doesn’t look to be regularly used anymore. An old barbecue was nearby. This is a quaint agrarian community that seems to grow the whole worlds supply of lettuce from the aquifer recharged by the Salinas River. It’s hot here but their AC was the first I’ve used inside since last September. I enjoyed the satellite Tv and watched a number of old Bonanza episodes gearing up for another camping stint.

The hotel is old but clean and well maintained. The rooms are very large, although the bathroom is small. Rooms have microwave and fridge. It is close to 99 so there is some road noise, but a room upstairs is pretty quiet. I stayed two nights because I did not want to pay prices for anything close to Monterey. Keefer's Inn is pleasant and I would stay again.

I've stayed here 4 yrs in a row the 2nd weekend in Nov. The rooms were clean but towels are getting tatty and the "regular" trades people who stay here on a weekly basis are EXCEPTIONALLY noisy starting at 5:00am up and down the hallways and slamming doors. TV's up way too loud at 10:30 at night.
I hope mgmt addresses the work people and advises guests re noise in general. And replace your old stringy towels for $128/night. Not happy with my stay. Hope it's better next year.
