This is my second trip through Kaleidoscope Adventures but the first one I planned on my own. The staff is always willing to accommodate needs, resolve issues and answer any questions that you may have to make your trip memorable. Joseph, Lisa, Josh, and Katie made our trip to Universal Studios memorable for our students and provided insight into trips we can plan for the future. I will definitely be using them for my trip next year!

The ACA Patriot Music Department had a wonderful trip to Nashville! The band marched in the Nashville Christmas Parade & the choir sang in the Ryman Auditorium and gave a performance for a local school. My students loved their free time in the Opryland Resort, enjoying the indoor SoundWaves water park & some of the holiday attractions. We toured the regular Nashville country music sites & had wonderful, high-quality group meals at the Wildhorse Saloon, Hard Rock, & the Opry Backstage Grill. I recommend Nashville & I recommend using KA!

I have always heard wonderful things about Kaleidoscope, but now, I have experienced it for myself. Warning: VERY Poor Customer Service. In June of 2022 I traveled with a group from Indianapolis on a 4 day Kaleidoscope trip to NYC. I did purchase the insurance recommend by Kaleidoscope(CF Travel Insured International). Our outbound flight on Thursday was cancelled and kaleidoscope was unable to rebook us until Saturday morning. Given the short length of our trip our group rented a car and drove to NYC. I submitted all my receipts and requested paperwork and now , a year later, still have not received my refund or insurance settlement. Keith Snode and Genevieve Jimenez have not offered regular updates to our group, nor do they return phone calls or messages.

Love this place. Due to financial issues we couldn't pay for our children's trip monthly. As time was beginning to get closer this year we were able to pay it in full, but had I not reached out to them he would have been taken off the list to go. They were gracious to let us make 2 big payments and keep him on that list. Also a few days later I received an email that stated I was getting a refund of $63 due to a price drop on the trip!!! Planning on taking a school trip Book with Kaleidoscope Adventures! Best price for an amazing trip.

We had a great time. I really appreciated the tour guides' expertise in getting to and from the parks. It made for easy entering and exiting with a large group. They also went above and beyond with making sure our hotel experience was wonderful. Each room was checked for adequate towels etc and they were there to help at Breakfast with anything we needed to get the day started on time. I really could not imagine doing this trip without their knowledge. It allowed our staff to focus on the kids having a good time. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning a trip with a large group.
