My daughter had the best birthday here!! Her dad made a big mistake while booking her party, and the day of we freaked out. Times got mixed up due to miscommunication, but the GM made it right & moved the party time last minute for us! She saved my daughter’s party! Great staff! Decent prices! Will definitely book a party here again!!!

Went just expecting a trampoline park but they had a whole arcade and go karts as well as one of these over water hamster ball things. Kids had a blast.

From start to finish this place was great! I got the 20 jumper birthday package and the staff was extremely helpful and very hands on. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time, highly recommend!

Great place to have a birthday or take the kids. We did all the extra attractions. One concern is safety on the little go carts. The employees need to be trained better to make sure kids' feet stay in the car and their seat belts are on before they start the race. They didn't seem to care one way or the other about the safety aspects. It was a fun place to visit! Kids really enjoyed themselves. Hope this review helps to bring awareness to safety for your company.

Run by a bunch of teenagers who are always on their phone.
This is the 4th time I’ve been here with my 3 year old and it’s always the same - families sitting on the trampoline blocking kids from enjoying themselves and the employees do not tell them ANYTHING

Then even though the rules say you must have their socks to jump - so many kids and parents with their own personal dirty socks on and again - employees tell
Them NOTHING

Then every time you always have kids running across the trampolines even though their rule is not too - again employees say NOTHING- like why have them if you can do whatever you want anyway

Like today - Monday 2/17

Parents sitting on the trampoline with their kids with their own socks on - then they are ALL running across the trampoline and the employees say NOTHING (JUMP GUARDS) say NOTHING

Like come on - everyone needs to follow the rules and if we have to buy socks - everyone else should have to as well

Lucky my daughter likes to come here and it’s right down the street but if nothing is going to be done about this - we will change to urban air

Left 45 minutes into my jump time. In the older kids area there was no room for me to actually jump, kids (no older than 7) were jumping across trampolines (one of the rules literally says NOT to do that) and I couldn't run across the full tumble area without having to avoid a kid. $5 arcade card that lasted me exactly two attractions? None of the employees were enforcing any rules in the jumping areas. The socks aren't stretchy at all and hurt to wear (I had to get the largest size and I still could barely get them on.) Definitely not worth $20. I don't recommend going here. Urban air is overpriced but I recommend that over this place if you're looking for a trampoline park. Not to mention the bathroom was disgusting, and there was a dirty diaper on the floor by the trash can, paper was everywhere. You could tell the bathroom hadn't been cleaned well in a long time. It has potential but needs a deep cleaning and better training with employees. I really wanted to like this place, it was worth a shot but not worth the money.

The environment at this establishment is fun and family-friendly, and I have no complaints about the overall atmosphere. However, I noticed that the staff was playing some provocative songs. When I inquired about who was in charge of the playlist, they admitted it was them. At that moment, Frank Ocean's "Novocane" was playing, and I pointed out the explicit language in the song. They insisted that they couldn't hear it and argued that it was the clean version, which made me feel a bit dismissed. I believe it's important to address this issue, as children should not be exposed to such lyrics.

I went there around 3:30 and I had a wonderful experience. The young lady there helped me out when I was struggling with a Groupon that I had purchased online for me and my grandson. She also helped me fill out a waiver in the computers that they have. I appreciate her patience and will definitely bring my grand-baby again.
