What an amazing experience with Jump City Rentals! From the initial inquiry to the final pickup, their team was incredibly responsive and courteous. This bounce house was absolutely perfect for 3yrs and up! Our friends next door were having a birthday party for their little guy turning five, and his parents weren't able to get the bounce house from the company they used multiple times. The morning of the party they mentioned he wouldn't have one this year. I called Jump City Rentals and they delivered it that afternoon. They kept in contact, and made sure everything was perfect!! At the end of the night he told him mom, "it was the best birthday party!!" Thank you so much again, we truly appreciate your kindness and will be doing business with you again as well our friends and family

Ben and Samantha were amazing throughout the whole process from starting to look for a bounce house rental all the way until when they picked it up. They were the best price we could find, and with less than a week’s notice. They are extremely kind and professional, and were quick to respond regarding any questions. Thank you Jump City you guys were awesome! We had a great party thanks to the jump house, which could’ve been the party by itself. The kids had loads of fun in the jump house, I had to kick them in the end ? I appreciate the refund also due to me ordering too much, thanks again!!

We have been renting waterslides for our son every year for the past six years decided this year to try out jump city rentals And I am very glad we did. This was by far the best waterslide experience. The owner and delivery guys were very nice and professional. Everything went as expected?

Ben is the consumate professional. Further, delivered amidst my unrealistic expectations and failure to plan. Not only did Jump City deliver at a fair rate, but thoroughly setup and clean the finishing touches to ensure our children's safety and enjoyment. The quality and service merit the cost. Our family had such a great party with this amazing water slide! The delivery and pickup interaction was so smooth. They were quick and the water slide was clean and well kept. We will definitely be using this company again.
