September 2024 was our second trip with Captain Joy and it was a quick return to Joyride Charters after meeting her in 2023. She has us hooked! This year we went to Sicily. It was a wonderful trip! The amount of time that Joy spent coordinating the trip is impressive. She helped the group arrange transportation to and from the airport and found a fantastic tour guide with wine tasting and day trip to a nearby beach town when the weather prevented departure from the marina. Captain Joy does her best to make sure that all needs are met while traveling for very fun and safe adventure. I would say the same about our Cuba 2023 trip and we are looking forward to being back on the boat with Joyride Charters in 2025! Thanks for being part of wonderful travels and great memories Joy!

Just got back from the Greece trip. It was one of the best trips I ever took. Joy was amazing. She organized our activities just right. . We saw the ancient ruins, swam, restaurants with awesome views etc…...I seen parts of Greece that I probably would’ve missed if this was a land tour.

Captain Joy gave my husband and I the most incredible sailing afternoon on the Long Island sound. She was extremely professional, made fantastic conversation and made our afternoon unforgettable with her hospitality. Her beautiful and adorable dog was very comforting and her boat was unbelievable, we will be back and we highly recommend!

Captain Joy is a terrific skipper. She's extremely knowledgeable and safety conscious, but more importantly, she keeps the sailing trips light and enjoyable for her guests and crew.

If you want all your day-to-day stresses to melt away, with salt air-in-your-hair and sun in your face, an afternoon cruising aboard Hado, Captain Joy's beautiful classic sail boat, is just the ticket!

Update - 10-31-2021

Been sailing with Captain Joy Sherman for past 5 years. Charters, daysails , and lessons. Recently my wife and I took a charter cruise with joy in the BVIs. It was an excellent time.

Captain joy strikes a great balance enjoyment, excitement, and safety.

Highly recommend Captain Joy for any of your our sailing endeavors.
