We have been working with Dawn for years to book our travel. She is fantastic to work with, and we can't recommend her highly enough. We recently returned from a Wonder of the Seas cruise and had a fantastic time. We decided to book a cruise for next year on Icon on the Seas and emailed Dawn about possible cruise dates. Even though she was on vacation in Europe, she responded and helped us book our cruise immediately. She provides terrific customer service and also got us a great rate! I highly recommend booking your travel through Dawn instead of directly with a cruise line, as you get much better customer service and pricing. We will continue to use Dawn for our future travel needs and greatly appreciate all she has done for us over the years.
