We flew from Boston to Punta Cana on January 6 2025. My baggage was found to be damaged and cracked when we took it off the carousel. Luggage is fairly new hard case cracked near wheel. I cannot use it again. Flight home from Punta Cana on January 11. 2025 was a disaster. Delay after delay and staff at airport very rude. No announcement for boarding when plane finally arrived! Everyone lined up like cattle then boarded on bus to jet. Will never fly this airline again!! We were supposed to leave at 5:05 pm had a five hour delay got in at 1 am instead of 8:24 pm left airport at 10 pm. We also had to stay in Boston as to late to drive home.

1/25/25: We have been sitting on flight 1242 on the tarmac at Bradley Airport in CT for over 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting now because there is no one to remove the plane that is at our gate currently or God forbid you let us deplane at another gate! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

This was my first time flying JetBlue and I was pleasantly happy. Got to say, I love the fact that they serve Pepsi. Lol.
The flight attendants were so helpful and courteous. I am a golden platinum flyer with several other airlines, and I got to say, JetBlue wins my vote!

I would give zero star if I can. It is really a terrible experience when I took Jetblue. The airplane was delayed for over 3 hours before the boarding started. And we were forced to sit in the airplane waiting forever for the plane to take off. After 1 hour it finally took off and landed. I thought it would be the end of the nightmare, but we were again forced to wait for the door to be opened because the staff cannot find the gate. Additional 1-2 hour was wasted. Although I have planned 6 hours ahead it still could not prevent me from missing two of my shuttles. I would recommend anyone who wants to consider jetblue to think twice.

I love flying Jet Blue. Everyone is friendly. Can catch a lot of Non Stop Flights that include a Carry On For a Reasonable Price. They offer free WiFi, they have a variety of movies to watch and they always offer snacks and drinks! Will definitely Fly with them. Thank you for always giving me a good and safe flight!!

This airline is always pretty consistent. No issues quick boarding and actually left on time. The only thing they need to improve is the actual way they board. They use group numbers yet the person sitting on the aisle on my row was already sitting. The fact that now she has to get up and allow me to put my bags elsewhere clogs the aisle. I was told they board from the windows out, I had window and middle seat and yet this woman had already made herself pretty comfortable.

Worst experience and I can't believe I am writing this. Had me cancel my booking and rebook it at a higher rate, all because They left the name blank on my ticket and couldn't update it on their end. To top it off I had colleen at customer service flippantly reply with, "You booked it last week and updated the name with no issue" the callousness to which was displayed is incredible, thank you for showing how much you cate when the ticket was already paid.

Have been at the airport since 4am for my 7:40am flight with my family including my 1 year old. It is now 9:50am and we have yet to board the plane. Unacceptable, unprofessional and unfortunate experience for me. Will never fly JetBlue they are 5/5 in delayed flight me.
