We recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Australia and New Zealand, all thanks to our incredible travel agent, Jenna! Jenna planned and booked all our hotels and flights, ensuring we had the best possible accommodations and connections. It's so easy to work with Jenna! We had bad experiences trying to work with other travel agents in our area and connecting with Jenna about planning our honey moon was the best thing we could've done! She took away all the stress of planning a honey moon during covid within our budget! We had last minute trouble with our airline and flight changes to our original destination that Jenna noticed right away and within 24 hours she had 3 other trips fully planned for us to pick from! Jenna has helped us multiple occasions since and we'll always go through Jenna for and trips we need planned in the future!

Jenna was great! She helped us plan an anniversary trip to Hawaii. The first night in the hotel, an alarm in our room kept going off. The next morning, Jenna checked in and was able to fix the problem with the hotel for us. It was great having her as a resource before and during the trip! We will be using her again!

I started to plan our trip to Hawaii on my own and was soon overwhelmed with booking a flight, car rental and place to stay within our budget. My husband had met Jenna at a gas station some months before and she had said she was a travel agent, so we called her , and it was the best thing we could have done. She called us very soon after we reached out to her, and within days she had EVERYTHING booked within our budget and exactly what we were looking for!. She even had our boarding passes ready going and returning , and always answered any question we had within minutes. What a stress-reliever she was, and so easy and great to work with! It cost us nothing to use her as she gets paid by the people she books with so there is absolutely NO downside to going through Jenna!

Jenna is absolutely amazing we've used her for all of our trips for 2022 and it's made everything so much easier and reduced all stress on my part. I have a kiddo with particular needs and planning vacation became very tedious & overwhelming. We decided to look into finding a travel agent and I found Jenna. She's planned above and beyond Disneyworld for our family (made sure we had accommodations needed for our kiddo plus carseats), Jersey Beach Vacation, my husband wanted to do something for our Wedding anniversary and I absolutely did not want plan it so he reached out to Jenna and got a beautiful resort booked for us within our budget! She made sure to do our flight check ins, when our flight was late she handled the car rental pick up time situation making that one less thing to stress about. Especially when you have 2 little kids! It's great knowing if there's any hiccups she's on it with a game plan! We will be using her for all future travel!
