I wanted to share my experience with Jeff and Cruise Planners. I recently went on my first cruise. My wife and I had the most magnificent vacation on board our ship that Jeff had planned. As someone who knows, respects, and appreciates great customer service, I am sometimes hard to please. Jeff has an attention to detail and a genuine passion and interest to make your trip amazing. His bar is high. His knowledge of the ships/ports/areas made it easier and more enjoyable to explore. We are extremely grateful that he handled our travel experience. These memories will last a lifetime. This trip was just last week and I have already booked two future trips with Jeff and Cruise Planners.

(Side Note— I booked this first trip more than a year ago and it was so exciting to see it approach on my calendar. The anticipation!!! Do yourself a favor and get one on the books. You’ll see what I mean.)

Thanks Jeffrey for helping with our Viking cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam. You handled all the details from our flight which we booked with miles, airport transportation, hotel in Budapest, hotel in Amsterdam and ride to the airport. Don't plan a cruise without Jeff Lazo. He helped us with every aspect of our Oct. '24 Rome to Venice cruise on the brand new, and spectacular, Norwegian Viva. I can't say enough about Jeff's assistance. He was nearly 'on-call' and responded quickly to every inquiry. His help over the six-plus months prior to the cruise was indispensable. Excursions, ship discount packages, dining, you name it. We will definitely work with him again

This is the first time I used Jeffrey's expertise to handle our cruise plans. I am completely satisfied with the service he provided. He organized everything from flights, hotels and transportation.
