Just left. This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I renew here all the time. The short lady that spoke broken English with long hair was absolutely disgusting. She went above and beyond to be rude and nasty. She literally didn't smile until she got the confirmation that she didn't have to renew my tag. She was super excited to tell me it would be 200 dollars to renew because I had insurance from Tennessee. I just moved back from Tennessee.

I generally have a pretty good experience at this location. Much much better than some of the larger locations, they are just limited in the scope of what they can handle. The only time I had a bad experience here was during COVID which is understandable.

went for a simple renewal. Was told to go to a state office. Was given addresses. Drove another half hour to another location only to be told that I needed an appointment..... a month AFTER my license expires! PLEASE give people that information before sending them on a wild goose chase.

Dread coming to this place. You will wait at least an hour in line and when you get to a clerk they will claw for any reason to not help you or send you to the back of the line. The employees here are lazy. Picture of line 30 minutes before opening.

Why cannot all the government offices be like this one? Love the facility, super clean, there’s someone directing you by the door, service was super fast. Staff was not hostile. I’d rather pay a little bit more to have service office like this.

I needed to clear a clerical error. There was a short line, but it moved quickly. The facility was clean and basic. The staff person who assisted us was courteous and helpful.

If you need to call to check on the status of anything DON’T BOTHER! As soon as your transferred no matter who you ask to speak with, the phone gets disconnected EVERY TIME! Very frustrating and disappointing.

If you are coming to get the Star ID, don’t. You still have to go to the Finley Blvd location. Hopefully this helps save someone a unnecessary trip here.
