The park is fine if you have small children, it has access to the river and it is not very deep, maybe 6 feet at the deepest part. It has a green area and plenty of shade for a picnic, and for adventure lovers there is also a kayak access ramp. For non-residents of Riverbank the entrance to the park costs 10 dollars. The downside is that there is only one bathroom at the entrance of the park, you have to bring insect repellent.

Great park! The playground is awesome for the kids. Restrooms are close by. Love the trail, either walking or bike riding it's great for river views. And you can cool off in the river. It does have a current, but it's really low, so it makes it great for the kids to enjoy

Great park with an entrance to the river. Great place to bring tubes and rafts to float down with family. I do not recommend using the rope swing unless you know what you are doing

My first time here was a last minute idea to get the kids out the house. Parking was ten dollars. There were a lot of trees for some shade and the water is shallow so I wasn’t worried about the kids traveling across without life jackets. I will be coming back to have another picnic or barbecue next time.

As always this place never disappoint us,lots of table & shade for a picnic, birthdays or other gatherings. For any riverbank residents you pay $7, non residents $10. Got here early so we were able to get a good spot by the water. This time around we brought our 2 dogs, my English bulldog enjoyed the cold water so did the family. Saw alot of people float down the river & some float with their kayaks as well too.
