It's an amazing place. I loved the tour guides Hannah and Casey, so much cool information, and we learned a lot. There is plenty of stuff to see and learn about the process of whiskey and barrels. Not to mention the tasting and smells 😋. We will definitely come back for another tour. Highly recommend coming here if you are ever in Lynchburg, TN. It's just an AMAZING PLACE and definitely does not disappoint if you enjoy whiskey.

What an amazing place to visit! The history here is truly fascinating! Our tour guide was not only knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humor! If you join the tour, you've got to try the hot chocolate—it's absolutely delicious! I learned so much about Jack Daniel that I never knew before. Can’t wait to share this experience with friends!

The Jack Daniel's Distillery Visitor Center offers an amazing experience! The tour was fantastic – our guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit so enjoyable. The history of the distillery is fascinating, and the insights into the production process were truly impressive.

The buildings and the grounds are absolutely stunning, with a charming and authentic atmosphere that adds so much to the experience. The tasting at the end of the tour was the perfect way to wrap up – delicious and well-presented. This is a must-visit for anyone in the area. Highly recommend!

The ONLY tour you should consider is “All About The Barrel Experience.”
The extra cost is more than worth this epically beautiful, educational, historical, and hysterical time! Ask for your tour guide to be Justin! He comes packed with personal information from his own family generations of Jack Daniels distillery workers!
There aren’t many places or tours I would do again, but this will for sure be a repeat opportunity!

Recently visited the Jack Daniel's Distillery with a dozen of friends and went on a tour of the entire Distillery. Our tour guide was Justin. I have traveled all over the world and have had many tour guides for many places. Let me tell you that Justin is by far the best tour guide I have ever had. His passion for history and quality were very impressive, he constantly engaged with everyone on the group and was very entertaining. He brought extensive knowledge of the product, the history of the entire company and how it's been produced since its existence. One thing that my entire group was impressed with was the whiskey tastings and Justin teaching us how to properly taste whiskey rather than just drink it. I would highly recommend this tour and would strongly suggest asking for Justin as your tour guide.

When they tell you never meet your hero, that's the same as your favorite whiskey. Wife took me here as a gift. The tour guide was nice but didn't tell you anything you couldn't find online. The tasting was very boring. I've done many tastings at different places and this was the least impressive. The serving size wasn't even a half shot. The ones you get to try weren't something that makes you go grab one. I could do the tasting at my own house. Disappointing that Jack didn't have a limited edition jack at the distillery. Where you can only get it at the distillery. The $45 dollar tasting/tour wasn't worth that. The only thing special is you can engraved on a bottle. Nothing around was open after the last tour. The distillery closes and the restaurant the tour guide recommended are also closed. I still enjoy Jack but was highly disappointed in the tour.

The places is beautifully set out, the guide was fantastic and there was a lot of history here.

You get to seen and tasty the produce.

The tour guide had so much knowledge and he was very entertaining in every way.

I’d love to see more of the factory process in action.
