This service was not for me. I found out AFTER signing up that I needed to give at least one day notice, although preferably at least 2 days, that you need a ride. This didnt work for me because my sole purpose in signing up was to obtain transportation in the event I got stranded somewhere.

The website also doesnt make clear HOW to arrange for a ride.

There also seems to be some kind of periodic account charge because I funded my account with (I thought) $90, and the account balance is now $20, never having used their service. So I just accept the fact that I'm out $90.
